I, Chef Bladimir Pocasangre (Blady) started my career as a cook in 1992 in “Granita Restaurant” in Malibu, CA, one of Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants. In 1997, I got transferred to Spago Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, CA while gaining extensive training from world famous Chef Lee Hefterand Wolfgang Puck. Where I cooked for many celebrities, for example Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Sylvester Stallone, former President Bill Clinton and many more.

    In 2001, I got transferred to the Kodak Theater as a sous chef where I oversaw planning and production for events like The Oscar’s, The Academy Awards’, Governor’s Ball, conventions, and exclusive off premise events. I also worked as a sous chef for “Brassiere Vert” and for “Loggia Asian” inspired Bistro.

     In 2005, I got transferred to “Wolfgang Puck Catering“, Restaurant Associates, and Compass USA to open the “Georgia Aquarium” in Atlanta, GA. I was at the Georgia Aquarium until August, 2011 when I decided to move on and go around seeing different cuisines.

    On April, 2014 and 2015 I got hired as an Executive Chef for the Golf Masters at “Club Mongolia” in Augusta, Georgia. Now I will like to share all my experience with my clients to provide good food, good service, and good eating experience.
